Sara Teasdale – I Am Not Yours

 sea

I am not yours, not lost in you,
Not lost, although I long to be
Lost as a candle lit at noon,
Lost as a snowflake in the sea.

You love me, and I find you still
A spirit beautiful and bright,
Yet I am I, who long to be
Lost as a light is lost in light.

Oh plunge me deep in love — put out
My senses, leave me deaf and blind,
Swept by the tempest of your love,
A taper in a rushing wind.

  1. very lovely i have my a poem in return hope it like by u?

I love a girl, who hates me!
I love a girl, who hates me!
I know she hates me, but I am still thinking she wait for me,
I already know she hate my voice,
She hates my choice, she hates my face, and she thinks I am a big disgrace,
After all this I thought she still likes me,
Sometime all night long I woke up & thinking that somewhere in this world she stood on his bedroom window watching full moon and thinking of me,
I know that I love a girl, who hates me,
I know she hates me, but I am still thinking she wait for me,
She called me disgusting, she called me cheater,
But she is always great for me,
Some time I thought why I love that girl, who hates me,
Why she hate me, never put stake on me,
Is her hate fake for me?
But I love her a lot,
I am waiting for her all life without any Thought.
I know that one day I get some space in her heart with red blooded spot.
